Here is how it works:

Fill out the form below. After we receive your information, we will contact you about setting up either an on-site evaluation of your Macs or an on-site support call.

If you schedule an evaluation, one of our Macologists will contact you to set up a time to meet with you. When they arrive, they will look over your equipment, offer a few suggestions, and answer any questions you may have.

If you schedule an on-site support visit, one of our Macologists will contact you to set up a time to arrive on-site. All new clients will receive 50% off their first support visit, good for up to 6 hours of support.

After either the service call or the on-site support visit ,we will take your name from the list collected here, add it to our OSX tips mailing list and enter you in the drawing. The prizes are either the 8gig iPod Nano or a Mighty Mouse. Once we have collected 25 names, we will draw. Winners will be posted on this page and notified via e-mail. The iPod and Mighty Mouse will be hand delivered to you in an outrageously decorated box at a time that fits your schedule, or we can just mail it to you.

OK…here are the conditions. You must be 20.5 years of age or older, the service call must be within 40 miles of the stone arch bridge in Minneapolis, you must have a Mac, you must have us out for an on-site evaluation or service call, and the service call must be at least 2 hours long.
